Python Lab

JupyterLab with Python, pandas, matplotlib and scikit-learn — for programming and machine-learning basics.

Bedrock Lab

Work with large language models on Amazon Bedrock — prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agents — with an AI credit limit per trainee.

Salesforce Lab

Hands-on practice in a Salesforce Developer org — flows, objects and Apex — linked from the same portal.

How it works

    Your institute is set up

    We create your institute, batches and instructor accounts, and agree lab hours and a monthly budget.

  2. 2

    Instructors allocate labs

    Instructors add trainees, allocate labs to the whole batch or individuals, and schedule sessions with tasks.

  3. 3

    Trainees sign in and start

    Trainees sign in at lab.supportincloud.com, open their lab and follow the session tasks. Their work is saved.
